Windsurfing
Windsurfing asks less of you on day one than kiting or winging: the rig is attached to the board, so nothing gets away from you. Most people are sailing across the wind within a couple of hours.
The flat, shallow water here is close to ideal for learning, and you can stand up almost anywhere in the teaching area. The wind blows offshore here, so we keep lessons inside the teaching area and stay on the water with you.
Equipment is included in every lesson.
