The same day is a different day depending on what you're riding.
Under 13 knots
Light. Beginner windsurf and wingfoil lessons both work fine; there is not enough pull for a kite.
13-18 knots
Gentle end of the range. Easiest wind to take a first lesson in, and plenty for a light-wind session.
19-25 knots
Good all-round, and where most of the year sits. Windsurfers size down; kiters and wingers are in their element.
26 knots and up
Strong. Windsurfers and wingers are fine on small kit; kiters need the hours in and a small kite. Not the day for a first lesson.
Aruba's trade winds are unusually steady, but the year does have two halves. Each bar is one month, shaded by how much of it reaches each strength.
Most consistent
The dependable half. Wind almost every day, peaking in June and July when two days in three reach 22 kts. Book a week and you will ride most of it.
More variable, still good
Quieter and less predictable, with October and November the lightest. Still rideable on most days, and the best window for learning without strong wind.
